Cowboy watches the Claude Code and Codex sessions running in Herdr on your machine and answers that one question from your phone. Read in a glance; reply with a key or a line when you mean to.

Blocked first, always
An agent waiting on an approval or a question goes to the top as a solid red band. You cannot miss it, and you cannot mistake it for anything else.
The last 40 lines
Real terminal output, monospace, straight from the pane. Enough to answer "what did it do" without opening the laptop.
Write is a mode, not a button
Reading is free. Sending needs an explicit switch that turns the bar amber on every screen and turns itself off after ten idle minutes.
Your laptop, over ssh. Nothing in between.
Cowboy connects to the machine running Herdr, reads each agent's pane, and shows the last forty lines. No relay, no account, no copy of your code anywhere else. Input is off until you turn it on, and turns itself off again.

Agents sort blocked first, then done, then whatever changed last. The blocked one is the only thing on screen that's filled in.
